How to come out when the situation is not your control

Stop blaming after keeping yourself in the puzzle 

Observe and break the code instead of puzzle your mind.


In life there are lots of time when you are in big puzzle and the puzzle creat due to some decisions you have taken once back. Now it’s really complicated and hard to express and important thing is that even you feel shy or not comfortable to to explain to your closest one or if you express, it’s hard to understand for them as they don’t come across. 


Puzzle that you are not able to come out, puzzle to make you get stuck in a small hole, puzzle to make your brain stop, puzzle to make you feel bad or irritating with yourself and all that could go for some decisions which results, a harmful decisions. 


This is the time when you are supposed to challenge yourself. Most of that scenario you may know the way to come out but due to mind is full of puzzles your brain will not work accordingly. Now this is the time when you should stop yourself. Pause your mind and try to understand all the elements associated with the puzzles. What was the basic requirements of all that elements in your life, how much values added by those elements. 


In an actual, elements are added “0” to in your life. It’s just a flow which force you to take decision and now you are confused about your decision as well as results. Now your mind is back in the stage when instead of going into the roots of the situation, you are crawling on the situation and make yourself stressful. 


Solution: Calm down, understand the roots, find out the elements and their values and most importantly don’t waste your time by blaming yourself. Adding all of these don’t forget to add all the dots of your life. You will see the result of the changes in your mind and slowly you can come out of that puzzle.


Conclusion: Believe in yourself. If you create a puzzle, only you have the way to come out by understanding the values of the elements which keeps you in the puzzle and understanding the roots and most importantly how you managed your mind.

How to get my Passion !

Patience + Emotion = Passion 

Patience is the capacity to control our thoughts which is coming in our mind for a particular moment.


Sit calmly and observe your mind so that we can understand what is coming in our mind. Observe and understand that clearly and work on that one by one.


We have unlimited thoughts in a particular moment, lots of talk in our mind, stop that when you get one thought. Say yourself  "LET ME SEE WHAT IS COMING IN MY MIND". You will see the mind is totally blank and it is in the thought less state and start working on which you get before. Try to take out the essence of one thought and when it’s touch your emotions, you crack the code. 


Emotion is the state of your mind which make you happy, sad, cool and angry based on your situation. 


When you are not filling drains and you will feel energetic all the time while working on that particular thought, most add on this, you will feel happy and energetic even when you are not working on that. In that moment you will find your passion and if you don’t find that emotions while doing something which is coming in your mind, that is not your passion. Leave immediately and start doing the same exercise. 


One thing we should keep it in our mind that happy state will always come in, we need to have patience to observe that. For some it takes few seconds or few days but it may takes few months or years. 


Problem is we don’t have that patience to observe such a beautiful thing because of external happiness. Do observe yourself with lots of patience, because when you get such thing no one can stop you.


Conclusion:

Patience will give us the power of observation in our mind and when you add your emotions of happiness into that observation or thoughts, you will find your passion.

How to be happy

Happiness is always depend on your own understanding of the real truth of humanity. 


You cannot be happy all the time. it’s good to be sad some times. Whether you want to be happy or sad depends upon how honest you are with yourself. Are you really happy with this situation or what you have done so far?? You can’t lie to yourself. 


We are always lying to our own souls. We live life to do show off. No priority, No importance, No requirements but we do something which maintain our social appearance.


Market yourself is good but show off will never make you happy. It may take longer time to understand but it’s truth and you can’t keep truth behind. It will come up one day. Truth of life, truth of love, truth of humanity, truth of soul. 


You are doing jobs, getting a huge amount of salary, new car, new house but ask yourself, are you really happy. Are you really not tired at the end of the day ? If yes then you are not happy. When you are doing something which makes you really happy, You will be never tired to do that. 


We all keep our happiness behind the material world. Do you really think, that gives you happiness. Take a deep breath and think. These all are external happiness which is temporary. It will be normal like others after few days. 


When we buy any such things which makes you happy, that happiness will never stay long. After a few days that things become as normal as other things in your life.


Conclusion: 


Creation beyond our thoughts make us happy. Something which will make us energetic all the time. We are ready to do anytime beyond our energy level, that make us happy. 


Happy or sad dose not matter when we understand the real truth of soul, body and the world we belong. If we started looking as it is then nothing matters from emotional level or external thought level.

How to take a Decision

We all are taking decisions everyday every time. No matter the situations are. Small decisions are easy to take but some decisions are really hard to take. 


Understanding the situation and questioning will always help you to step ahead towards the correct decisions. 


Don’t go with the flow or never process your mind based on the others advice. Others will always advise based on there own experience or the environment they grown up. 


We can take suggestions or we can get the understanding of that situation based on the expertise. However questioning your mind and heart with complete honesty, always helps you to take decisions and most importantly you should not lie to yourself.

So ask yourself are you confused. 


Most people are taking wrong decision or can’t take any decision because of creating confusion in mind. Now your job is to go into the depth of that situation and understand the best possible scenario as well as worse possible scenario of that confusion, in terms of all the criteria.


We need to understand both the possible results good or bad for both the situations. 


Take a deep breath, calm your mind and honestly ask yourself, are you ready for the worse case situation in all the the possible way. 


If you fail are you able to stand up, are you ready to walk on a difficult path that you may not think about, are you able manage that worse situation. If yes then that will be your decision with lots of energy, if not leave right away. 


While taking a decisions don’t let your desire force your mind. It’s always forcing you to take wrong decisions, even you want to buy a car, let your understanding capability take place between mind and heart to get the budget.

How to add value on your TIME.....

Stop wasting your time, time is money 


It’s a very common word. Heard this words a lot.


Today when I get up in the morning, I don’t know why this words are coming in my mind. Then I have taken a deep breath and write down in a paper and keep on looking at it.


As an analyst I am trying to do some Why Why analysis on that particular issue.


After adding some past experience and mistakes as well as with support of proper questioning, I am coming up with some hard truth.


  1. When we are wasting our time in any social media, time is automatically flow. We don’t even realised how much time has past. 
  2. In the same way when we are doings some thing which is very interesting for the particular persons, he /she doesn’t know how the time has passed away.
  3. Third hard core truth is wasting huge time to save a small tiny amount. 


Sit some where, take a deep breath and relax, invest your little more time and tell yourself which one you are in. 


Then I keep on thinking and what came in my mind is , I stop now and use my time in which I want to use, no wasting time anymore. 


That’s what we used to do after getting motivated from some social media videos or words written by some one. RIGHT??


Now I again ask myself, is it working?? Is it staying for long?? Or it ends when you are in some small destructive environments. 

For an example: you are getting good amount of salary but still you are not happy. You want to do something and you are working on that but you know when the salary hits in your account, you are completely destructed and you enjoy for few days and again fall down. 


Solution : instead of leaving and move to some important work, it will be really good to polish your weakness, add some value on it and add your huge time to market your weakness…..which will create wealth one day. 


Confused, let me make it simple 

For hard truth 

  1. Make your social media platform with some strong personality, they always write articles every day.
  2. Don’t look at your friends and family, better to move on beyond that. 
  3. Create new, don't worry about the results and compete with yourself. 
  4. Have patience.


Conclusion: 


If you want to add value on your TIME, use your habit as weapon and shoot your creative thoughts as a bullet. You will see the changes.

Love & Zero Attachment

What is love and what is attachment??

Let’s take an example, a 5 years old baby is having class work or home work and to get the good

marks, parents are always help that baby. So is that love or attachment.

Confused, ultimate result of this scenario is baby will have two effects.

I) Baby unknowingly depends on parents and he/ she knows that some one is there in the

    back who always pools his/her up. So END OF INDEPENDENCE.

II) From the understanding or knowledge level is ZERO.

     

Any good vibrant of that scenario, I don’t think but one of the good thing is working in the

psychology I.e. ATTACHMENT.


So, is there any love? Yes, now you think your baby can write the same thing by his/her own, then as

a parent we all be happy and parents can understand the capacity of that baby. It will never happen

at a glance. It’s results of long pain taken by baby and their parents. Now, when baby is getting pain

i.e. called struggle or brainstorm to get the success. When parents are getting pain i.e. called love for

their baby.


As a result that baby will become independent and self motivated as well as solutions oriented and

now just think if this vibrant in the baby psychology then the future will be always experimenting

and solutions oriented.


Then what is attachment and what creates a different an attachment from the love. If we have pets

in our house after some times we have a attachment with that pet.


One of the famous words “I miss you” , what does it’s actually means is that a love or attachment. If

we stay with some one or something means living or a no living element we are attached with that.

Then what is love??


Love will never be less or more by leaving attached elements. Mother’s love will never less or more if

her children is far from them. If children is having worse time parents always cry not to do show off

but it’s real and when they will succeed, parents will happy and speech less. I believe this called a

actual love.


Now a question is coming in our mind is love is only belongs to parents and children.

Answer is not really.


Love is unconditional, it’s emotional. Love will never measure. In a very deep level we neither feel

the love physically nor by express. It’s deep with in which makes you blank in your mind. A closeness

which makes us happy.


Conclusion: Love is unconditional feelings where as attachment is a physical feeling. So if we are

attached with some one we will scared to loose that and that is the attachment not love. In love

physical existence doesn’t matter. If your love is close to you that’s good but if not it will make us

happy or sad based on what your love is feeling.

Anger Control

Good morning………. good afternoon …………good evening …………


Today I have decided to talk regarding Anger, which means why we used to get angry.

I can say angry is okay but problem is the reaction of that anger.


Now 2 points are coming out in this discussion


1. Reasons of anger: What is the reason of getting angry? Questioning against your belief,

                                  creates anger.

You believe on something, and when someone directly come and asking something against

of that or very simple example is that when you are in hurry, driving at the same time and

suddenly you are in a traffic jam due to some reason. You will be very angry or

disappointed.

So in that case, anger is normal, but is reaction really important in that ? . So angers used to

come based on something stopping you from what you believe or from what you want.

In a family it’s quite a normal situation where two thoughts are not matching and anger

comes between those two. If you went through that situation then just sit and think, you

may see that you are not actually fighting, you are discussing about a concept where

thoughts or believes are conflicting.

Conclusion: Sit quietly and think, anger is always a conflict of 2 thoughts or believe.


2. Instant Control of Anger:

“STOP, WHY??, is it really required”

To do instant control of anger this few words are required to asks oneself. It will help you to

switch your mind from unconscious to conscious state.

You may think it’s quite difficult while someone is saying something against you or your

beliefs but let me tell you IT’S A PRACTICE. If you can stop yourself at least 1or 2 times in

your journey of anger, You will feel better.


Now let me tell you the secret of this situation, just imagine some one is very angry on you

and express his/her anger in different ways and your reaction is a smile….. What’s going to

happen. Don’t you think it’s the best way to express your anger.


Conclusion: you are angry when something against your beliefs or the thoughts which you are

holding for a longtime and most importantly it’s directly coming to you. Because indirect situations

may affect you not in the high level. To stop that instant reaction we have to say “STOP”. This will

help you to become conscious and then reaction will be justified.

New labels of preparation when we think to do You tube video.... script ready but....

Hellow everyone. This is the first time I am coming into Youtube video. So before I start it's my request you to please comment whether it gives you value in your life.

So I was thinking what should be my words to you and then suddenly I remembered how much I was confused when I was 18 or 19. I want to do lots of things and you know, I was thinking about everything that I can do but I was confused. Confusion is regarding short time results, confusion about the shynes, confusion about the negative thoughts. I think you also have the same. 


So I am dividing my video into 2 different parts..


After reading all the chapters of my life one thing I can confirm..life will never give you anything until you are giving something.

My suggestion instead of going round and confused let's write down the negative side of a single thought. You want to be successful whatever you want to do but just think, happyness will come just after the winning crown of a challenge.

You will get lots of videos regarding think positive …..your mind should be positive when you want to do something….but think once in your mind, is it really happen. So I believe let's think one and fight with the negative…...so that your mind will only get the success on it and you will not be fluctuated. 

Why I am saying this when you do something which is in your control, you will not be getting challenged to create a milestone but if you win a challenge which creates youth to do further. And at the same time it will never diverted your mind.

Life is always starts with different views, different cultures, different guidance. How many people will believe guidance is the most important part of a human being. As I believe on that so I need to have evidence as well....
When you are kids, you don't know anything.. cultures can be different based on where you grow, where you are getting birth. But do you really think so kids want to stay on what we ask them to do and when they will do something different we scold them and that scolding to the kids is becoming the habit. Situation will come, when it's not required also we will scold our kids and that is the time when they start create their own barrier. Kids will scared to do something which is different from the rules and regulations....
